Behind the Scenes of Monson Improvement Company      Barry and Denise Monson have been in the Home Improvement industry for over ten years.      Monson Improvement Company was founded in 1998, when Barry Monson was working as a maintenance supervisor and with new construction.  He found that more of his time was being spent on side jobs after his work day was over.  With Denise still finishing up a degree in education, the decision was made to go full time with Monson Improvement Company.  We have been setting customers at ease and taking care of homes ever since.      With Barry and Denise both being KC natives they increased their family in 2002 with the birth of their son.  The family business will continue with his love of power tools and taking things apart!
