Standard Warranty Craftsmanship Warranty applies to labor only and may not cover materials.  Full Warranty applies to labor and materials.       All labor and materials must be supplied by M.I.C. (Monson Improvement Company) and completed to our standards.   Warranties are non-transferrable, warranty will follow name on contract or invoice.  Warranty is effective from date on invoice, no warranty repairs will be made until all payments have cleared.  M.I.C. reserves the right to lower warranty period under certain circumstances, customer will be advised prior to contract of work.  Abuse, neglect, and poor maintenance will void warranty as determined by M.I.C.  Damage from rain, wind, fire, weather, smoke damage, and flooding are not covered under warranty.  Repairs made by customer or any other company will void warranty, all warranty work must be completed by M.I.C..  Damage from drought, earth settlement or movement may not be covered by warranty.  Some products may carry a longer warranty, after M.I.C. warranty period ends labor charges may apply for product warranty.  Warranty repairs do not extend original warranty period.  M.I.C. may not be responsible for failure or damage from certain materials or products.  Ex: If a product becomes defective and causes damage to the structure, we can not be responsible.  Under certain circumstances M.I.C.has the right to revoke or limit warranty during the warranty period as determined by M.I.C., consumer will be notified for reasons why warranty period was revoked or limited.  No payment or reimbursement will be issued to consumer for warranty work to be completed or for down time caused by repairs.  M.I.C. also has the right to refund money in lieu of repairs. Product Warranties Inspection Repairs- 30 day full warranty plus 1 year craftsmanship. (transferable) Remodeling- 120 day full warranty plus 2 year craftsmanship. Exterior Repairs- 30 day full warranty plus 1 year craftsmanship. Interior Repairs- 120 day full warranty plus 1 year craftsmanship. Handyman Services- 1 year craftsmanship. Installations- 1 year craftsmanship. Interior Painting- 2 year craftsmanship. Exterior Painting- 2 year craftsmanship. Tile Installation- 2 year craftsmanship. Deck Sealing- 1 year craftsmanship. Decks- wood: 90 day full plus 1 year craftsmanship. Decks- composite: 120 day full plus 2 year craftsmanship. Siding Replacement- wood: 1 year craftsmanship (with painting- 3 year craftsmanship) Siding Replacement- fibercement: 2 year craftsmanship (with painting- 4 year craftsmanship) Laminate Flooring- 2 year craftsmanship. Window/Door Replacement- 1 year full warranty plus 3 year craftsmanship. Sump Pumps- 90 day full warranty plus 1 year craftsmanship (with service contract- 2 year full)
