Monson Improvement Company offers a Handyman Service designed for your needs and every handyman project includes a one year craftsmanship warranty. Our Handyman Service is designed for multiple small jobs. Some of our Handyman jobs consist of replacing door knobs, cleaning gutters, hanging pictures, replacing smoke detectors, and other small odd jobs.
Our Handyman Service offers a basic rate of $205.00 for 4 hours, plus $40.00 each additional hour. Our time starts when we arrive at your door and ends when the job is completed. Our minimum for this service is $205.00 and there is no additional trip charge or drive time unless the job is located out of our service area. Parts and materials are priced extra. We will provide a verbal estimate for time and materials before starting the job. For larger jobs we will provide a written estimate.
