Monson Improvement Company offers a Handyman Service designed for your needs and every handyman project includes our Satisfaction Gaurauntee. Our Handyman Service is designed for single or multiple small jobs. All of our Handyman Services carry a 1 year Craftsmanship Warranty.
Our Handyman Service offers 3 basic rates. Our time starts when we arrive at your door and ends when the job is completed. Our minimum for this service is $120.00 and there is no additional trip charge or drive time unless the job is located out of our service area or the job takes more than one trip. Parts and materials are not included and priced extra. We will provide a verbal estimate for estimated time and materials before starting the job. For larger jobs we will provide a written estimate.

General Handyman Service 8- $400.00 8 hours
Additional Charges
Extra Hours- $40.00 per hour
Second Day Trip Charge- $12.00

Notes: Parts run count as service hours and have small mark-up for picking up. Lunch break does not count on service hours.
