We have been working with realtors for several years, building long lasting relationships with the realtors and their clients. Our business has grown substantially working with a group of realtors, in turn giving us large remodeling jobs with their previous customers. Our Services for our realtors are below.
* Inspection Repairs- We complete most repairs that come up during inspections. Give us a list of inspection items that need completed and we will give a free detailed estimate for repairs. Inspection repairs not completed by M.I.C.- HVAC, Roofing, & Radon.
* Bill to Closing- Most of our Services can be billed to closing at no charge, but we offer a discount if paid at time of completion. Jobs that require special order or large amounts of material require a downpayment.
* Consultation Services- for Buyers- We charge a $75.00 consultation fee to walk around with a buyer that is interested in the home and has concerns on maintenance and repair costs. The $75.00 charge is refundable if work is completed by buyer. Barry Monson is a Certified Home Inspector, but does not offer Home Inspections
* Free Estimates- We offer free estimates for buyers, sellers, and realtors. For large remodel jobs we will give a free budget amount. We will offer drawings and detailed estimates with contract of work or a $25.00 refundable charge.
* Warranty- All of our work comes with a Warranty. All our warranties are transferable to buyer at no charge and all that is required is buyers name and contact info.
